Corn Salad

I found this recipe in the Recipes group on cafemom. Made it for the 4th of July, and everyone absolutely loved it!!!

2 cans wholel kernel corn

buttermilk ranch dressing

cucumber( medium size)

red onion( medium)

2 tomatoes

Drain the corn; place in bowl. Dice cucumber, oinion and tomato into small pieces; add corn. Add buttermilk ranch dressing to the veggie, just enough to coat all of it. Refrigerate until cold.

  1. Made this again for the family reunion, 2009, and I'm not sure what brand of corn I used, but it tasted extremely starchy. Made it again for Kassy's birthday, 2010, and it was awesome! Used Green Giant sweet corn, and a decent buttermilk ranch dressing, but can't think of the brand name right now.
